BIPC IT Master Plan

ITMP project consisted of survey of the present systems, study of the best practices in petrochemical industries, gap analysis and preparation of a road-map for achieving the ITMP goals.

This project was implemented by joint effort of Siemens Information Systems Limited and IDS (as its Iranian partner), using the Chestra, proprietary methodology of SBS, for Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company. (BIPC).
